I recently asked a relative to send me a computer hardware item from Germany. He used DHL to send it and according to DHL it should have been delivered by 7 days. Its been now more than 3 weeks and I still dont have it. turns out instead of Delivering the package to my doorstep they handed the package to the General Post Office who are causing me alot of inconvenience and truoble over the claiming of the package.
