I placed an order online on Dec 2, which was confirmed with Order #776743. However, I made an error on the order so I called Dec 3, to correct the error and was told the order wasn't in the system yet, that it takes 24 hours. I called again Dec 4, told order not in system, takes 48 hours. Called again Dec 5. still not in system, told it takes 72 hours. Called again Dec 6, still not in system, told they don't know why. read full review »
