we were informed today that this company is closing there office in my area, We can mail in our payment to there cal office but I have been told from the start never mail in my payment because you can send it in weeks in advance but they always come in late at least in there hands but I can give them access to my bank account so they can take out the payment when they want BAD IDEA, so I can call in my payment or use the Internet and the charge is 15 dollars this fee was never in my contract been with this company three years never late and... read full review »

We have been going to Hollywood Video for many years we went in yesterday and was told they needed a copy of my Credit card on file in case we do not return there movies I told them I did not want to do that and was told we could not get any movies if we did not give it to them so my wife said go ahead and do it well we rented about 42 dollars in movies which is about normal for us 9 Movies for the weekend well to I was checking my Bank account and we have a extra 1 dollar charge to our account my wife goes to the store they tell her it is a... read full review »
