I have called 3 times to cancel an account and 3 times been assured that it was closed only to get a charge the next month for $8.51 on my Visa statement ! STOP IT!!! I spoke with a nice lady today 5/4/2008, 2:14pm and she "closed the account"...AGAIN! NO MORE!!! If I get another charge my next call will be to the state attorney general for fraud! Thanks! Tina G.
