Front desk staff - most are excellent. Very friendly and want to help you. The manager only cares about sales, not customer service and keeping the current customers satisfied. Way too many pieces of broken equipment that stay 'out of order' for far too long. Currently 4 or 5 treadmills alone! If the equipment can't be properly repaired and is out of order every month, replace it! Start thinking about keeping current customers instead of only recruiting new ones. Ready to find a new gym after being here since it opened! Used to care about old members, but not any more with current management. read full review »
