I called to cancel within the alloted 15 day trial period on May 4 at 4:16 p.m. eastern. I was on day 12 of taking Acai and the information sent with the capsules said you needed to call to get a RMA to cancel. I was on hold for approximatley ten to twelve minutes. When the customer service person answered, Maria, she asked for my name. After a few minutes she said their system had crashed earlier and it was now operating slowly.
