I reccomend that anyone having issues with this company report them to the Better Business Bureau. There are NUMEROUS counts against this company. I have been dealing with the same complaint for 2 years now, and just recently got the matter settled. This company is a scam!! I cannot believe they are still in operation with so many complaints.
