I dont want to give intro, i straightly come to point, THERE IS NO COMMON TRAFFIC RULES... All are citizens of India, all have equal right in every thing, , , , in this all gvny employees are PUBLIC SERVANTS, , , , , they are showing partialities on it... There is no care on MANS LIFE... If a person is in Emergency and taking him/her to Hospital through AMBULANCE, , , , means, traffic police has to clear the traffic to save the life... but they are not clearing, , , they are clearing the traffic only for the CM, PM.
