Our Whirlpool washer had a drainage problem(it showed an error code on the screen and it says in the manual that's a drainage problem), and since we have warranty on it, I called the store we bought it from and they had us call the warranty company, Warrantech, which said an A&E technician will service us. It was Wednesday, April 16 2009 and A&E said the sooner they can come is Monday, April 20, so the appointment was made for Monday, between 8am-5pm, although I asked them to come in the mornng since I work the afternoons.
