I scratched the right lens in my glasses which I purchased from Lenscrafters 2/28/09. I paid $615 for 2 lenses plus new frames. When I inquired about replacing the damaged lens I was told I was covered by their replacement coverage and I would received a 50% discount. I was then told I had to replace both lenses even though only one lens was scratched because that is their policy, hence I would have to pay $307.50.
