Think again about accepting the trial membership. I didn't notice any results, but that's not my complaint. When I realized I wasn't satisfied with the supplements, I called and canceled and sent them back. Thank goodness I requested a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION from the post office because my credit card still got charged the 59.95.
