After watching the commercial, easy as 1, 2, 3...I purchased the jack and attempted to install on my computer. They fail to tell you that you must tturn off your firewall and pop-up blocker to install. after typing online to the only customer service reps for nearly 90 minutes I was finally able to get in installed with a long distance phone number! Anyone that calls me has to pay LD charges.
