Like many others, I purchased a product not knowing they wrote an 'automatic renewal' in the small print of the terms of use. Additionally, they stated in that small print that they would charge the current retail price, not necessarily what was paid originally. In my case, the renewal price was 50% higher! NOWHERE on their web page is there any indication the purchase price is anything other than a one time price.
