After purchasing cell phones and call plan with this company I applied for the offered rebates following all of the instructions given. I mailed the company with my receipts and submitted a copy of the bar codes a cut out from the boxes the phone as directed. I received a letter 6 weeks later advising me that I failed to supply them with the information required to receive my rebates and therefore they were denied.
