order free test sample on line...$4.95 s&h. received another shipment which was returned unopened marked return to sender...then another shipment. credit card was charged $44.90 for each which they refused to refund because the inside invoice said that the merchandise had to be returned with an authorization number and a tracking number. then they woould deduct s&h charges and 15% restocking fee from the charges. they continued to send product after i called and cancelled claiming that they had no record of the cancelation and were abraqsive and rude on the phone. i stil;l have not received my refund read full review »
