My husband had to pay for a rental car, and the company put a $300 hold on his BB & T account. He returned the car the next day, and though this was a Friday, the hold should have been released in a timely manner, right? No more than a day or two. Instead the bank held the hold for who knows how long, our laptop cord broke and I was unable to check the account to see the hold released.
