I purchased a pair of ugg boots from this store online 16/12/2008 for my grandaughter and am still waiting for them. Each time I e mail they fob me off. They have said when they are returned to them, they will give me a refund??? It has been 5 months and I a getting knowwhere. Can someone help. read full review »
