The marketing strategy on this site is intentionally very misleading. It appears as a 14 day "free" trial of a slimming aid. All you have to do is pay $4.95 to cover the shipping costs. However when you take up this "free" trial offer you are then automatically subscribed to a monthly $59.99 fee. They also add in subscriptions to other companies for about $5-£10 a month.
