We were given a certificate for a "free cruise" through Spirit Incentives by our timeshare, after taking a tour. We followed the instructions, sent in $600 for port fees/taxes and never heard anything back. Finally, we contacted them again, and they did book us on a cruise down the Mexican Riviera. My husband paid another $200 to upgrade our room. We registered through the cruise line's website, and everything was taken care of, we thought.
