I have been tryin since November 2008 to use my card. Firstly Barclaycard started sending my mail to Liverpool, France. It took five months to pursuade them that Liverpool was actually in England. They then sent me another card, the two previous were of no use. I managed to use the third one for all of twenty four hours and then it was blocked. I rang up and I was assured it was my fault for not putting the card in properly. Luckily I did not believe them and paid my last hotel bill with cash.
