Hi I bought a pair of Wilson Pro Staff 700 tennis shoes from Mike Farrer Agencies in East London(South Africa), and as a casual tennis player, only used these shoes about 10 time over a 7 month period. When I reported to the him that the sole was coming loose on the one shoe on the edge, he informed me that based on the replacement policy he was not in a position to assit me with a replacement.
