Recently visited South Africa and hired a car from Imperial Car hire (Eurocar). I filled the car up at Durban airport before returning it. Received my tax invoice and found that I had been charged R84 for fuel??? I have tried contacting Imperial to explain, but have found the responses to be no help to me what so ever. After I discussed this experience with a colleague, he told me the same thing happend to him with a car hired through Imperial at Lanseria.
