Very grateful to TakeOverLease.us for helping me in my uneasy situation with my apartment complex, who actually said that my lease break fee would be about $4200, unless a find a tenant who would take exact same lease terms until it expires on August 17, 2016. My divorce took a lot of wind out of me, and would've been disastraous on my budget. These guys at Take Over Lease definitely know how to prequalify tenants and help in getting them approved.
