I ordered the free trial on 4/17/09. The following week I tried unsuccessfully to contact the company to cancel my trial. I was continually unable to reach them and then was out of the country the following week. Upon my return, I realized that they drafted my account for $87.13 - per their terms and conditions. I finally reached someone on Sunday, 5/10/09 and was told that because I was unable to comply with their terms and conditions (not sure why it's my fault their lines were busy) they could not offer a refund.
