I recieved and installed a windows xp service pack 3 update from microsoft to find that afterwards non of my msn hyperlinks worked and i could no longer access windows update nor could i download any fixes from microsoft as all there download links opened error 401. after spending nearly a week trying to find out what was happeniong to my pc i tried to system restore only to find that it would not restore to any date. i also tried to unistall msn messenger and reinstall but this failed because i could not uninstall as windows installer... read full review »
