I too fell vitctim to the scam of AcaiBerry products and the "free trail". Unfourtunately I read the scam claims after I had already eneterd my debit card in for the trial of the pills. I purchased the product on 11/14/08 and did not receive the pills until 2 or so weeks later. I was charged the 9.95 and 30 cents for a transaction fee (which I later found out was b/c the product was from the UK). I took the product as directed and have not really noticed much results.
