Found a charge on my Frontier Phone Bill for enhanced long distance services, they could not tell me what it was, I was told to call the number on the bill. Called this number and was transfered to 800-339-3912 and talked to Johathon who told me I had signed up for unlimited long distance in exchange for grocery coupons. They had an old email address, a birthdate that was 30 years off, and a wrong mother maiden name. He told me he would issue a refund, however it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles.
