I ordered the Acai X3 product on 4/29/2009 - while reading through the terms and conditions it stated that I had 15 days from the order date to cancel the free trial. On 5/5/2009 I called the customer service number in the terms & conditions agreement: (866)949-0138. When I spoke to a representative they stated that I did not have my credit card information with them and/or an order. I tried 3 times to find a rep. that could help me to no avail.
