Don't believe their sales pitch over the phone. When I agreed to switch over to them I asked if there would be a early termination fee, the salesman said NO. I decided to switch to a different electric provider and now they want me to pay 199.00 for an early termination fee. I tried to talk to TXU's customer service people (what a Joke). They switched me from operator to operator (sounded like India) know wonder!!! Long story short they tuned me over to a colection agency. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TXU ENERGY.
