I ordered a "free" trial of the Acaix3 on 4/10/09. As of 4/21/09 I had still not received anything, but yet was charged $88.55. When I called their office on 4/27/09 I was told that I was charged because I didn't cancel my subscription after my 1 week "free" trial. I informed them that I hadn't received anything to try, therefore I demanded a refund.
