Velvet Touch Kennels
In November '08 my family purchased a "tiny teacup poodle" from Velvet Touch Kennels. When we talked with the breeder, Janet Bordelon, she explained to us that the smaller the poodle was at maturity, the more expensive the purchase price would be. So we opted to spend the extra money to get a TINY teacup, which according to her definitions on her website, get to be between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 pounds. We paid $3, 000 for the puppy.
