In 2005 I bought from ARTOC Auto in Egypt a SKODA Octavia A4 car. I was under the impression that if I serviced and repaired my car with the dealer’s service center I will always get professional workmanship and genuine Skoda parts and that is why since I bought this car I did all service and repair work needed at the dealer’s service center and I have complete records of all my visits.
