I should have known NOT to order from a pop-up or testimonial site - but I did. Max White (teeth whitening system) and Acai Berry BIG MISTAKE!! Initially they hook you on a "free trial" for shipping only. Once you receive free trial you are then billed repeatedly for items EVEN IF YOU CANCEL! First of all you call their customer service number listed on your card statement - Foreign representatives try to convey rules and regulations in extremely poor English which is upsetting to say the least.
