please contact your trading standards to reclaim your money from this company, dont phone them and waste more of your money, they wont acknowledge you and if they even say they refund you you will wait along time and keep getting fobbed off..go through your trading stadrds they want to know about you as thier customers, they will get you your refund and also take it seriosly about this company they have done it to thousands so COMPLAIN and you will get your money.. read full review »
