Since I was charged for month for a service I did not use I just about had it and called my bank. They found out who is behind those charges. Here is the solution: Behind Radiopass charges is the the company who published the "Real Payer". As I bought the program there is a box where you automatically subscribe to receive music from the internet, unless you you remove the thick from that little box.
