I ordered the 30 day free trial offer of the Acai berries for the $4.99 shipping and handling charge. I did receive the trial bottle the end of February and on March 2 the company charged our credit card for the amount of $79.96 and $29.95 for a so-called Self Help Program. On March 17 I called the company and spent a good deal of time trying to explain that I did not authorize these charges. It was difficult as the person I was dealing with spoke very poor English.
