Its not a scam exactly bc the product is actually pretty good. However, the hiring and treatment of the agents is awful. I didnt even have a very poor experience working with them, but it was their ethics that drove me away. They do hire absolutely everyone, make you go through training and take exams for your license all of which is out of pocket. They mislead you on the pay.
