I experienced a similar situation as others with a CLINT HARTLEY from Auckland NZ involving the sale of a vehicle . He attempted to extort $15K from me through a false damage claim. Unfortunately Mr Hartley is very well known in the car seller community and has subsequently been exposed on the internet as a complete fraud.
