To who it may concern, On May 15, 2009, I went to your Follansbee location to inquire about a letter that I needed for a H.U.D review. I asked to speak with the manager named Twyla. When I told her that all I needed was a letter stating that I no longer work there. she said that the person in charge of the H.U.D program would have to submit a letter to her.
