I received a free sample on 1/20/09. Called to cancel on 2/6/09. Charge of $88.62 appeared on my credit card on 2/12/09 but I did not receive any product. I called numerous times and could not get thru. Finally spoke with Customer service on 3/26 who told me I canceled too late and would not get my refund. I either wanted a refund or the product and finally they agreed to credit my account. I did not receive the refund so called again on 4/14.
