I never ordered this product. I am not sure how they recieved name and/or address. When I tried to contact them regarding the trial sample that I was sent I could not find any contact information. I eventually found some numbers on the complaint website and called both 1-866-951-1393 and 1-866-882-1281, both customer care reps that I spoke with were from the same third party company.
