I was charged $39.95 on my credit card when I hit the "continue" box in their ad, rather than the "end" box. I never intended to use their services, and thought I was following instructions to find out what they had to offer. I left their website when I determined that their services were not for me. I never received any communication, information, or other data from them until their charge showed up on my monthly statement. When I called them, I was told that I automatically signed up for the monthly charge when I hit "continue". They cancelled my "subscription" but refused to return the money already charged. read full review »
