I enrolled in the 15 day trial on 4/29.. I just recieved this product on 5/9/2009. I called today 5/15 to cancel and they stated I was too late and that even though I have 3 weeks worth left, I would not get a refund on this product. On the website, it is 15 day trial and satisfaction guaranteed. I ended up putting a complaint in with bbb.org. I will check the bbb.org from now on before ordering online. I am also going to my credit card company and issuing a complaint with them about this vendor. read full review »
