We stayed at the Old Court Hotel for one night recently. The booking was made in good time. When he booked my companion was first told that the hotel was full, then that there was one room available. In fact the following morning it was quite evident that the hotel wasn't full at all - we saw only one other guest at breakfast. My companion was shown a room at the time of booking, but this was not the room we were allocated. This room was extremely small and had a tiny shower room which had no towel rail or bath mat.
