In November, 2008 I purchased a projector replacement bulb on-line from SageRyder. In January, 2009 I called them and was told that the bulb had been shipped. In Feruary, I called them again. I was told that it had been shipped. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order and have my credit card credited with the amount I had paid. They told me they would cancel and credit my account.
