After 21 visits by Charter techs. since mid- March, our HD service still does not work with HD TiVo. The Charter techs. say that the Charter cable cards are not compatible HD TiVo. We are told that we are not alone. Wouldn't it be great if the engineers from Charter, Motorola (the cable card manufacturer) and TiVo, would get together to come up with a product that works.
