Cricket services is the worst on the planet. They should not be allowed to continue business until they improve on the services, they say they provide. False advertisement and representation by the reps is number one. I purchased the product, wireless and broadband, first to be told that the first two months were free. Have the receipt to support that, only to be billed then disconnected on the billing date the following month. Any complaints went unheard by the company. To many dead spots and dropped calls.
