I have paid for several travel/vacation packages and have not been able to use the packages or get a refund for the money I paid. The latest is a package that includes the Orange and Green Trolley I paid for in Oct '08 and they were supposed to be sent in Jan '09. They weren't. Got another slip of paper stating they would be sent in Feb '09, here it is May '09 and I have yet to receive them. Interestingly the show is still selling the same package as late as May 13, 2009.
