I ordered a trial subscription of Acaiberry. I canceled my subscription on the seventh day of my trial period and had not even received the product yet. After about 30 days, I received an e-mail that informed me of my next shipment being processed. I immediately called their toll-free number and spoke with a customer service rep. I was told that my order was cancelled and I would receive a confirmation by e-mail. I did receive an e-mail. Then 5 days later, I received the product and payment was deducted from my account.
