The 2003 Ford Explorer has been nothing but trouble since we got it. The a/c & heat actuator door broke in the rear system just over 30, 000 miles. I took it by the dealer and they said it isn't covered under waranty or anything and was going to be very expensive to fix. I just figured them that okay... we will just use the front heat and air. Now the front actuator door has broken and when you try to turn the heat on you hear a loud clicking noise in the dash.
